The service department is efficient, well-organized, courteous and friendly. Their communication takes the guess work out of my schedule and I appreciate the images on the service update (eg. tire damage).

Overall a good experience. The loan wait time is a bit long, but not bad. I would have liked the all-weather mats, and asked for them, but they were extra cost (after spending $26k for a car).

I always take my car to this Subaru for service, because this is where I bought it, and feel they will honestly take care of any problems I might incur. So far I have not been disappointed in the least. I recently had my car serviced, and there were some items I elected not to do at this time, but they made me aware of them, so if I notice any problems, I will take my car back in to have them taken care of. It’s all about trust!
