Ben was awesome and super informative on the process of my maintenance. It took about 45 minutes for the maintenance to be completes which was about 45 to 1 hour less then what I was told, so very happy with that.

I had a simple issue and it was fixed free of charge. Communication was great and everyone was kind.

I’ve made Mike Shaw my Dealer for everything needed for Maintenance and or repairs. I just had both Front and Rear Differential oil changed, and I asked them to please to take pictures of the fluid being drained, I trust but something I can’t verify like checking to see clean motor oil and the new filter. And they had no problem or offense with me asking them to do so. But the 3 times I’ve had them work on my Outback I have been very pleased. So moving forward they will be the place for all of my service needs.
