We stopped in without an appointment because a tire pressure light came on. They provided the same high level of customer service, competence and care that they do when an appointment is made. The cause (a nail in the tire) was repaired and we were in our way in under an hour. Without reservations, we give our highest recommendation to Mike Shaw Subaru service. They earn it every time.
