Everything was fine. One long haired balding guy was rude. Obviously lazy, avoiding work. But everyone was great.

Work was done quickly and done very well. The service writer was extremely nice.

This visit was for the Love Encore Redelivery session with KJ. He was excellent, providing just the right amount of instruction in clear, simple and accurate language. He also took care of a few small items, and was very attentive, friendly and helpful. KJ was the best thing about my entire experience with Mike Shaw from the outset.

While I was less than thrilled to find at the end of my service that my car had been washed, as I had explicitly asked that it be noted in my file "Do not Car Wash"(due to ceramic coating), Patrick Pallotto handled the situation with exemplary professionalism and customer care for which I am very appreciative, hence the 5 stars.
