The repairs were completed in the time expected. Wallace Pettengill was very courteous and explained the work that was done and recommended other services that should be done soon. He also had my car washed before I left the dealership. I was very happy about that!!

Shopping at Mike Shaw Subaru was my first experience purchasing from a dealer ever. I went in a little (a lot) defensive because people say one should move with caution when going to a dealership. I appreciate that I didn't feel extremely pressured to do anything. Christian worked with me to meet my needs and I felt like he was willing to work with what I wanted vs what he thought would be best for the company. Overall a 10/10 experience and will definitely go back in the future if needed. I have already recommended friends your way. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Alex was amazing, even though we met after the car arrived, he went above and beyond anyone at the dealership. Enthusiastic, helpful, amazing to deal and talk with. I feel bad that he did all the legwork and wasn’t the main salesman on the paperwork as the others only took my deposit on an already incoming vehicle, I hope he gets recognized for everything he does
