I made an appointment online for a routine maintenance service. It was easy to make the appointment, I got a confirmation and reminder about it, which helped keep my schedule in order. Service time came, customer service was exceptional from everyone. Ean helped me check in and out as well as help me get a ride while I was waiting for my car. They have a partnership with Lyft, soooo cool and easy! They picked me up from the dealership and dropped me back off when my car was ready. I wouldn’t change a thing about the service. Mike Shaw team is always timely, professional and do a great job with my car.
