from beginning to end, mike shaw subaru handled our vehicle with care and accomplished the task i asked them to do. the service advisors are all willing to help and for the most part, we were always able to speak with them. if i was unable to immediately speak to the service advisor, the staff would track him down for me to speak to him personally. with no hesitation, i will continue to give mike shaw subaru our business and our vehicle will continue to receive the best care it can receive.
