While I was less than thrilled to find at the end of my service that my car had been washed, as I had explicitly asked that it be noted in my file "Do not Car Wash"(due to ceramic coating), Patrick Pallotto handled the situation with exemplary professionalism and customer care for which I am very appreciative, hence the 5 stars.

Great , quick, noticeable improvement of my cars performance after repairs and servicing.

Took my Crosstrek in for 30K service. I was told initially the service would take about 3 hours so I chose to wait. After 4 hours I checked on the status and was told it would be another hour. It ended up being about 5 hours and 45 minutes. The service tech was very apologetic and gave me a substantial discount, which I was very grateful for. I sincerely appreciate the discount was offered without any request from me.

Appreciate being informed on issues with car. I have an issue with my headlights not working. The mechanics did check this. I requested to look for loose wire or ?. When work completed I was told all bulbs are working. Once home I checked headlights all working. Next morning I checked headlights and they are not working.
