We bought a new Outback! The salesman, Alex, was excellent . He previously helped us with our decision and on the day of sale did a fantastic job walking us through the the paperwork, introducing us to various car features, and quickly getting us out the door.

I got a very detailed rundown of my car issues and categorized with what’s more important and that my experience so memorable in its own way. The communication was easy shout out to Marcus !!!!!! Grateful I had him for help and answered many question that I had and the overall experience was east and stress free. What made it even better from a financial standpoint was that Mike Shaw Subaru was the cheapest option from the quotes over gotten from a couple other service shops. Definitely will be back again !!!!!

I appreciate the service I get at MS Subaru. Everyone is nice, but I try to make sure I got when I can be cared for by Mathias (sp). It's nice to feel like you know your person
