It was an oil change and appropriate checks. The person who managed my car, Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service staff member assisting me helped me out with a coupon that was being run that I did not know about. I appreciated the fast service!

In the beginning, it was a miscommunication on checking my car in but once we realized that it was taking longer than usual for my car, we went and asked if there was a problem, and that’s when we discovered that it had not been fully checked in but Ben took care of the problem right away and apologized. Also, he did my oil change at no charge. Very helpful. Very nice.

Wally took excellent care of me. He detailed the repairs and carefully explained the why. I am very pleased.
