Brandon was great!

My car took nearly an hour and half longer than expected. And I had a minor meltdown about it when I couldn’t get ahold of anyone (the status also never was updated so after being there for almost 6 hours and seeing service wasn’t completed I was not happy)! However, Mathias handled me with so much grace and also was able to provide a discount. So even though I couldn’t get my time back I still felt like a valued customer.

Very professional staff. I didn’t feel forced to make suggested repairs and felt the issues with the vehicle that were identified were accurate. Price for repairs was very competitive and the courtesy Lyft rides is a very good value to customers who don’t have a ride to and from. I will say I was disappointed the car wasn’t put through a car wash or vacuumed. Most dealer service centers I’ve been to in the past complete service by doing this.
