I brought my Subaru in for the recommended 60k mile engine service. The crew inspected the whole vehicle and found some other issues that needed to be addressed. Had those fixed as well. After completion of the service I picked it up and the driver side rotor area was squealing/grinding bad. I called my Service Advisor(Wally Pettengill) and he let me bring it back in 2 days later without an appointment to have the issue looked at. The Crew found that the drivers side Backing Plate next to the rotor had been bent accidentally after the initial service was completed. This was the cause of the squealing/grinding. The Crew had it fixed quickly without charge. The customer service provided by Wally & the team was outstanding and is what people look for in their Vehicle Maintenance provider. Also the complementary Lyft rides to/from the dealership are an amazing amenity you offer. Thank you for your services & honesty.

The technician failed to reset the oil indicator for maintenance(dashboard).

As always everyone was friendly and helpful. I always feel comfortable when I’m there. The work on my car was done fast and communication was available the whole time to let me know where they were at. Can’t say enough good about Mike Shaw
