Routine service / inspection - check-in was quick and easy, service was completed before projected time, check-out was quick and easy. Everything that I have grown to expect for the Mike Shaw Subaru service center.

I asked my son to find a car for me because I didn’t want to spend hours and hours at a dealership. He worked with Eric to find just the right car for me to home test drive. Later when I went in to sign papers I met Eric. He was friendly, knowledgeable and plain out awesome. He introduced me to people I would be dealing with in the future, Taylor and KJ. Eric made my experience delightful.
