Always take my car here for repairs.

Ted was very helpful and work performed came out very well. The rear bumper of my car appeared to have been damaged while I was driving a complementary loaner, which I appreciate. Ted said that he would get back to me regarding repairs. I'm hoping to hear from him soon.

The staff is always so nice. I don’t drive too much but love my Crosstrek. I went in for my 1st year check up and the guys all laughed that I had 3800 total miles after a year. The report was that my car was perfect and they didn’t charge me anything for changing the oil. I’ll be back in six months!

The oil change and tire rotation was done before the promised time. Some suggestions were made about other recommendations on services. Declined these after looking at past invoices. Only negative was washer fluid was not filled. That service had always been done in the past.

Great service all around - I was able to drop off my car ahead of my appointment, get a complimentart ride home, have my repairs communicated to me clearly and completed quickly, followed by a quick ride back to the dealership to pay and retrieve my car.

Working with Cliff Swaim and Mike Shaw Subaru was a pleasure. Cliff always took the time to work with me and answered calls and question promptly and kept me updated as to the status of delivery date. He was organized and took the time to explain everything. Upon delivery, he allowed plenty of time to thoroughly show me the car and it’s features and never felt rushed completing paperwork and becoming familiar with the car. When I first met with him, I never felt pressure to make a decision that day which has been a problem for me at other dealerships in the past. I will highly recommend Cliff and the dealership that o others.
