Mixed bag of an experience. Alejandra was so genuine and helpful with making the purchase. She went to bat for me with making a purchase that was in my budget.I was very interested in a used vehicle on your lot but it was a tough week to make the drive happen as I don’t live near your location and with traffic and work schedules (on top of our bipolar winter weather)- I felt too much pressure by the communication of trying to schedule a time to come back with my husband to make the purchase. It was honestly the stereotypical car salesman pressure that gives a bad name to the industry.I wanted the vehicle but I also have a life to balance that felt disregarded for the deal wanting to be made.The customer service at the info desk was subpar, if that. I wasn’t ever greeted and had to actually initiate conversation with Cindy and the person on Saturday 2/25 when I had to come back a 3rd time for my detailing to be completed. When I asked a question to the staff member seated there on 2/25 they told me to check with service for the detailing when I came back from service and told her that they didn’t know the status of the detailing, her response was “oh” and then went on to something else on her desk without actually trying to assist me. The detailing of the sticker removal still has adhesive on the side window and didn’t even look like it was attempted to be scrapped off & there’s still a small piece of sticker on my front window. Definitely wouldn’t have purchased from here if the car I wanted wasn’t here since it’s a non- Subaru vehicle.

Were able to fit me right into their schedule. Everything well explained. The Lyft ride appreciated. Car done when promised!
