Wally was very helpful and informative. He was great at following up with me about the progress. Our conversations were productive, he took his time to answer all my questions. The mechanic also got my car done earlier than expected.

I maxed an apportionment for an oil change, transmission flush and a tire rotation. They completed 2 of the three but forgot the tire rotation so had to return the following day. Second time they have forgot to rotate tires.
