I stopped in for a simple oil change and the service department let me know that I also had a small (but Significant) oil leak. With out hesitation they got me a FREE loner vehicle (also a nice, clean and new Subaru). One day later they had the work finished and ready for pickup. I couldn't have asked for more or be any happier. Thank you Mike Shaw Subaru....you guys are my new heros!😀

Mine was a very complicated deal. Tommy Lee handled my purchase tirelessly, flawlessly and professionally. I’m an old coot, have purchased many cars over the years and this experience was exceptional.

We went in looking at potential options for a vehicle due to circumstantial changes related to our driving situation. We roamed the lot for a short bit and came across a couple vehicles on the lot we ended up being drawn to. After we went inside, we were paired with Alex who asked us all the right questions. He listened to exactly what we said we wanted and found an option that fit perfect. Alex didn't pressure us on anything and even dealt with me having concerns on peripherals, such as some add-ons and interest. He was incredibly patient and even took the time to walk us through all the features of the car while our paperwork was being done.

The service was professional, courteous, and timely.

In the most recent 2 visits, I never get a call when my car is complete. I either have to call the dealer OR go over there in person and find out for myself. The work is typically fine (Thank You) but would appreciate notice when the care is complete.

It was good service other than there was a need to replace the air filter. This was $40. I had a coupon for my Subarus birthday for free inspection and new air filter. Why couldn’t I have used that?

Tremendous service!! Cliff Swaim is top notch and made the process painless. Every step of the way Cliff kept me up to date. He was also very helpful when I took delivery of my new Crosstrek. Cliff took the time to demonstrate the features and I am extremely happy with the service he provided.
