I was 15 minutes late, but service man accommodated me. He was very friendly, accepted my coupon for the synthetic oil service. Although the car wash wasn’t open yet, he promised to have the car washed if the temperature rose to the set criteria. The service area was extremely clean. The waiting area was also very comfortable and clean, providing free coffee and snacks. My services took less than an hour to perform and no additional services were recommended or provided. A very nice experience.

Overall I had an excellent experience. As I drove off everything was fine. When I got home, the hood was not completely locked in place. When I closed it, I noticed a very bad burning smell once I got back in the car. I opened the windows to clear it out but it didn't work. I contacted my service advisor and explained the situation. He told me the oil may have spilled over and to watch for any leaks on the driveway. There weren't. He told me the smell should eventually go away. The smell comes and goes. If it continues I will call and have them look at it. Other than that my service advisor was very good, he listened to my needs and a very personable type of a person. I have confidence on going back to him.
