I came in for a heated seat repair. The mechanics let me now along the way everything they were doing and were upfront about the cost to repair everything. In the end, it was a simple fix and I was on my way!

Awesome Job I went to Big O Tires twice cause my wheel was vibrating they said I need an alignment. I could not be happier with my last visit! Wallace was incredibly professional, efficient and friendly. I went in for my extended battery warranty and had so many more needs met. My car had its alignment and tail light fixed and I got much needed new tires too. I still had my car by the end of the day and it drives like new! Yay!!
