While my wife and I were having our 2021 and 2015 Subaru Forresters, respectively, serviced, I decided to purchase a new 2022 Subaru Ascent in the dealership. We talked with Rob Oja in sales, who explained the differences between the 2022 and 2023 models. He spent a lot of time with us and was very patient answering all of our questions. We decided to buy the 2022 Ascent. He explained the various features and we test drove the 2023 model. On occasion I would return to discuss and ask additional questions which he would answer. He did an excellent job and appreciate the time he spent with us.

The guy who helped me was great and very friendly! He offered me a tire rotation as well. I love the new cafe and waiting room as well it is very convenient. The technician also did a great job sending me reports on things that were needed for my car. Overall, I am satisfied with this staff at Mike Shaw because before I had very unpleasant interactions.
