When I had a flat tire, my husband took it in and they fixed it right away, no charge! We were extremely grateful, because my husband had to be to work later that evening. He made it on time with room to spare! Thank you so much!!!

I had oil change and tire rotation. I was disappointed that they didn’t readjust my tire pressure. It was quick and easy! Waiting room is really nice!

I'm on my 5th or 6th used Subaru now? MIKE SHAW has far and away the best service department of any I've dealt with. Wally, my service guy, always knows what's going on - everything happens as promised - and he remembers my pocketbook! (They have loaners, for Heaven's sake)
