Came in to buy a car I wanted and got the car I wanted

I had called in the early evening about a used 2020 Rav4 I had seen on the website. Alex Comar informed me that the vehicle I was interested in was at the Greeley location. After speaking with him about what I was looking for he informed me that there was a used 2016 CRV that was being prepped that might fit my needs.Alex sent me the listing that was getting ready to post. After reviewing the listing and discussing some other options we set up a meeting for the next morning. The next day I met with Alex and we discussed the CRV and went over all the other questions I had. We then inspected the vehicle which was immaculate and incredibly low miles. Following the inspection we did a test drive and I was impressed. I agreed to the price for the CRV then my 2007 Subaru Forester was reviewed for trade in value. The trade in value was fair in my opinion so then we finalized terms and finished the process.The entire experience from inspection, test drive, sale price, trade in evaluation, and final agreement took only two hours. Alex did a great job walking me through everything. I really enjoyed working with Alex as he is a friendly, easy going, no b.s. kind of guy.My overall experience with Mike Shaw Subaru was excellent thanks to Alex.
