I feel confident having my car serviced at Mike Shaw Subaru and the best part is having Ben as my service advisor on my last 2 visits he is polite and helpful goes over everything I need to know about my car maintenance I am moving to Colorado springs soon and will miss the good service I have received from this dealership

Fast and effucient

Brought in car for routine oil change and filter with tire rotation. Also brought in to check battery as the car wouldn’t start a couple days prior when I got inspection report back in addition to recommended battery replacement they gave me a list of other things as well which was concerning. I literally had it in the dealership for full inspection and it passed with no issues. However I noted in the recent report that the tire rotation wasn’t mentioned as completed. So that was concerning as well.
