Four caution lights came on while on a holiday road trip to New Mexico. A local auto shop was able to reset the lights but couldn't guarantee they wouldn't come back on. They did come back on. I brought my car into Mike Shaw for another diagnostic check. They did an extensive diagnostic check but couldn't determine the root cause of the problem. Turns out that this problem was known for some time by Subaru and yet, did not provide a fix to their dealerships. Wally kept me informed every step of the way. I was grateful for his support. The dealership did a thorough maintenance and drivabiliy check. All systems were go. I was not charged for the five hours they put in to diagnose the problem. I would not hesitate bringing my car to Mike Shaw's Subaru for any maintenance and repair.
