I wanted to say that our service representative (Wally Pettengill) provided all details and explained when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. This was excellent, because I utillze my Legacy for commuting to work long distances every week. The service was great and I did not expect my engine to be washed upon return, but it looked brand new. I will be recommending the Mike Shaw service to my neighbors and friend - respectfully John G

We were not planning on buying a new car. We just were looking at the new cars while waiting for our cars to get serviced. Two cars were on the showroom floor- a 2022 red Ascent Touring and a 2022 white Outback. We talked with the salesman, Rob Oja, who described the Ascent, the car that we wanted to discuss. He brought a 2023 black Ascent Limited to the front of the dealership and we test drove that one as he explained the items on it and we compared the pros and cons of each car. We negotiated with him and bought the 2022 Ascent. He was very friendly and easy to talk with, without any high pressure sales pitches. The car we traded in was a 2015 Subaru Forester in very good condition , that we bought new from Mike Shaw Subaru in 2015. The Ascent is the third Subaru we have bought from Mike Shaw Subaru. My wife bought a new 2021 Subaru Forester in June 2021. We take our cars to their Service Center for maintenance and are also very pleased with their service. All people we have dealt with have been customer friendly and professional. We recommend this dealership highly.

Tim Dregger has served my car since 2015 as my service advisor get, from Oil changes, tires, battery, and all my maintenance needs. He is outstanding, and I can see him taking more responsibility as the service department manager and becoming a great role model to emulate.
