Mathias was great to work with. I’ve had several not so great experiences at different Subaru dealerships since moving to Colorado. Mathias was extremely helpful and very informative. He proactively communicated and it made the difference.

My tech Mathias Horchreder was able to get my windshield washer sensor replaced by corporate, saving me hundreds of dollars while allowing me to proceed with my brake repair. It was done in a timely manner and my car was ready ahead of time when I requested that I have it by a certain time that day!!

I was not able to get the problem solved. The service guy tried everything he could to get my cell phone to work correctly in my car. I think it's a problem with Subaru. I called the Subaru 800 number they could not help me.

Mathias was awesome! The only issue I was having with my Subaru came back fixed so easily, and he was patient and kind in describing the way to interpret the scores on my car. Definitely will be coming back for all of my services as long as I am in the Denver area!
