Marcus was very helpful and answered all my questions. Most of the time when I go in there every one is so helpful. The only thing is that they told me about 2-3 hours to replace break pads and rotors and I ended up waiting 6 house had I known probably would take an Uber home

Everything went well.

Wallace was great to work with and assisted me with my issue that I had with the car. The technician that worked on my car took great care and was quick to remedy the issue I cam across. Always a good experience stopping by Mike Shaw.

Overall my oil change experience went well. Took about an hour, waiting area is nice. I did notice that the printout of the work noted that the technician adjusted the tire pressure in my car's tires to factory recommendations. As I normally keep my tire pressures a pound or two over the recommended pressure I assume my pressure was lowered. A day or so later when the cold snap hit the low pressure warning light showed on the instrument panel and I needed to pump up all the tires. So, maybe something to pass along to the people doing the work.
