My problem was investigated. My antenna was broken, but too expensive to repair. I decided not to have it repaired.

I was very pleased with my experience with Mike Shaw Subaru. They were the cheapest of the four area dealers (Denver plus Silverthorne) for the service I needed (program a replacement remote key fob); they got the job done on time, and were professional in every aspect.

First and foremost, Mathias Horchreder is a definite asset to you Service Center. His professionalism, people skills, and job knowledge are outstanding. He definitely presents the qualities that I would want my team! I apologize, but I don’t have name of the technician who performed the repairs on my Outback, but I did meet him. Again, he is someone that I would want on my team. His professionalism and knowledge are displayed not only in the outstanding results of his repairs to my Outback, but additionally in his explanation of what was required and why it was required. Great service as always

I went to the dealership to find out why the 2023 Legacy I ordered in August wasn’t showing up. Anthony Castillo helped me look over the lot for another car. I saw a Forester I loved and he made the sale happen. It’s a 2022 but it’s brand new! I bought he car by myself because my husband was in New Mexico so I was very anxious. However, everyone there made it easy!

My service rep. Brandon Bucci is tops. He heard me out about what was going on with my vehicle. He communicates throughout the repair. He is respectful, professional, and trustworthy . After the repair he walked me to my vehicle, made sure everything was right and then he shook my hand and saw me off. Thanks for a wonderful experience
