Employees are friendly, great waiting room with coffee, cold drinks, and snacks. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because 2 hours seemed like a long time to complete my scheduled appointment. I still love bringing my Subaru here and will continue to do so.

Always a great experience. Good staff, good communication, nice waiting area and I don't feel like you're trying to pad the bill by coming up with needless work.

Made an appointment for oil change. Was told the wait would be around 2 hours, but was done in little over an hour. Check in was easy and staff was helpful
