I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. Alex assisted me when I arrived...he was super friendly, and he explained the "fine print" of the coupon I was using. The entire experience went very smooth, as usual.

I went to Mike Shaw for a new battery and oil change. They were quick, professional and Brandon my service advisor was great. They've added additional seating in the waiting area and work stations.

Alex was extremely helpful and efficient in my service visit. This was my first time bringing in my new Crosstrek for service so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was offered a Lyft Credit which i thought was amazing. 5/5 Star experience
