Everything as promised

As always, my experience at the dealership was excellent. My Subaru was due in for the regular mainteance. I was greeted with friencly personnel, the waiting room was new and very comfortable. Coffee and tv while I waited. The wait was short and my car is now ready for the road again.

I was able to schedule a convenient appointment for a routine oil change and service. I arrived and got in immediately. I waited in the lounge and read and my car my car was ready in a little over an hour. It was a very smooth experience.

Brandon was wonderful. So professional and to the point. He explained things and was very nice to talk with.

Hannah was a great salesperson. Her and Sam were a big help through the buying process. I chose Mike Shaw Subaru to be able to work with Hanna
