Service Advisor Alex was courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. Along with my oil change there were items that he pointed out that I had the option to fix. I chose to fix them and found that it made driving immediately safer for my family. Thanks Mike Shaw for a great service department. “I will be back!”

I purchased my 2015 Subaru in Oct of 2014 and have only had Mike Shaw Subaru do anything to it whether maintenance/oil changed or new tires! I value their Customer Service Dept as well as their Parts Dept!! I have always been treated with respect! Thank you Mike Shaw Subaru!!

Very good service .Ride share with Lyft was horrible, got dropped off at wrong address. Told driver wrong address and he would not take me to correct one. These foreigh drivers suck, you shouldn't pay them.
