We coordinated a trade-in and new car purchase remotely and all went super smooth. The staff was very accommodating and stayed in contact making sure we were kept current on delivery dates and paperwork. This is one of many Subarus that we have purchased but the first from the Mike Shaw agency. Jamie (our sales rep) was super responsive by phone, email and texting and took so much stress out of our purchase. We would highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru to anyone regardless of where they live in the country. We travelled 1600 miles because availability throughout the country was so limited. It turned out to be quite the adventure that was so much more enjoyable because we didn't have any surprises in the transaction.

Great costumer service

I had a really good experience with my service. Ben was cheerful, thorough and efficient. My car was done within the timeframe I was told it would be (on the earlier side).

Service was excellent. Larry was a terrific as a service manager. However it was very pricey.

The reason for taken away 1star was the service dept does not honor other subaru dealer service coupon. I submitted a 15$ off coupon but granted 5$ instead of the whole 15. Other than that everything else was good and it am satisfied with the service. I may consider to go to the other dealer next time though.
