Good service, nice facility, and their representative, Ben, was very friendly and helpful. Using their coupon, the cost for an oil change and tire rotation was highly competitive and they checked the vehicle over for free.

Shane Monahan is a real professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is an exception to the stereotypical car salesman. He was helpful without being pushy and appropriately kept in contact. Because of his excellence I would recommend both him and Mike Shaw Subaru to others.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and my free birthday car wash. The first service writer I met was very accommodating (I wish I got his name) and he let Angelina know that I had arrived. While waiting I got to have a nice chat with my salesman, Sam. Angelina was very nice and my car was done relatively quickly, although she apologized for the delay. If there was a delay, I didn’t think so. Everyone is so nice! Thanks again Sam, thanks Angelina and thanks Mike Shaw.

Ben was super friendly and helpful. I’d scheduled an early morning appointment and was all of of sorts because I’d slept poorly. Ben was funny and cheerful and got my day started off on a better foot :)
