I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at your dealership, this being the first time I've been to your dealership for service. Your service representative was very helpful and courteous and I appreciate the time he, and your technician, took to verify that there was no problem with the battery in my vehicle, that I just need to drive the vehicle more often to keep the battery charged. Other shops I'm sure may have taken this opportunity to just sell me a new battery when it was not necessary. I appreciate your excellent service and your honesty in diagnosing the fact that the battery just needed a good charging. Everything appears to be fine now. This is my second new car purchase from Mike Shaw, and just like the last one my experience purchasing was really smooth. Hutch; the sales person, was knowledgeable and great at giving my husband and I a little space to drive the car, and talk through financials and our final decision. Nothing felt pressured at all. Friendly and timely service

Andy was great and service was much better than I expected.

The overall experience was good We needed to buy a newer car after our car transmission failed. The purchase was okay with additional items because of our out of state residence. Everything went smoothly except for getting our check after sending our old car title to Mike Shaw Subaru. We needed to call to remind them to get our check sent. They sent it by FedEx so service went well after the phone call reminder. The Colorado to California title went smoothly and the newer Subaru is now registered in California.

Mathias was excellent to work with. I always have a good experience when I bring my car in for service at Mike Shaw Subaru!
