We took our vehicle in for an unknown rattling sound. The issue was found and explained to us. We were promised our vehicle the next day. During the repair, more issues were found and a part was also damaged during the repair. This caused us to have to wait a total of five days to get our vehicle back. My wife and I had to continually call back to check on the status of our vehicle. This was a little frustrating since the service rep had told us he was going to call back the next day a couple of times and we heard nothing. The Mike Shaw service team did take care of us in the end and our vehicle is running like new.
