I have had excellent service at Mike Shaw Subaru. The only complaint I have is that I wish I would get more communication. It took about five days for my part to come in but I had to call the fifth day to find out what was going on. Other than that I appreciate the Mike Shaw Subaru service department very much!

Angelina was great! She has great customer service skills and a great communicator. Please groom for management. However, my diagnosis was horrible. They did replace the fuse for my transmission because I couldn’t put it back into park from drive unless I shut the car off first. I had a Christmas tree of lights on my dash. To include check engine light. The diagnosis came back with the check engine light is on because of a non factory wheel sensor. That’s incorrect because the check engine light was on prior to the replacement. I leave the dealership with the same lights. But Angelina was awesome!

Went in for a routine service, didn't take long, and newly remodeled waiting area was very nice.
