Good except took 2 hours.

I had a wonderful experience here! I just brought my new Subie in for its first checkup and Larry and Mathias were great. My car is happy and I had great service. Very quick and easy drop off, customer service oriented service here!!!

Keith was very helpfulFound the ideal car very quickly and were able to get in and out. I didn't feel like much time was wasted on unnecessary negotiations, "add-ons", etc.I hate buying cars because of the amount of time many sales people waste, but my sales person was respectful of my time.Other suburu owners i know who have bought from different suburu dealerships across the country warned me about there being way too much customer serviceThis is true. Way too many people are trying to help out right when you get there, way too much basic information is being thrown around by everyone at every dealership. I felt like a frenchfry surrounded by eager seagulls on a beach. I've worked retail before and so I know corporate demands people to be overly outgoing when it comes to customer service. It's bad. Corporate needs to chill and not force their staff to be so suffocating.

Great service start to finish other than trying to be low balled on my trade in offer.

This trip was quite pleasant, drove right up into service bay. Greeted right away., Used great waiting room facilities. Internet, coffee, water …, waited about an hour & was done . Received a written sheet of service checks. Walked out to car and left . Easy , peasy!
