Service excellence

I pulled into the service area. I was recognized right away and directed to a service tech. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. I did ask about a software update due on my car. On the way home from the dealership, my vehicle would not recognize my Apple Play. Not sure why.

Rats I forgot the guys name who helped me but he was very nice.

I was very impressed with the sales staff. My car was delivered earlier than expected. The new car is great. I would recommend anyone to get a car from Mike Shaw Subaru.

Was in and out for scheduled maintenance in kess time than anticipated.

Wally did an excellent job of taking care of us and our Outback. It took the electrical department a few days to figure out the problem but Mike Shaw handled it and provided a loaner car.
