Excellent job

Just had my oil changed, so it was great. It saddens me that there is very little HUMAN contact in this world anymore......got a text that told me my filter needed changed and was that ok. Soooo much more personal when an actual human being came and asked me in person.....

Working with Wally was fantastic. He was polite, efficient, and helpful. I arrived at the service department without an appointment. My check tire pressure light kept coming on. Turned out I had two damaged tires. My car was to be worked into the schedule but I needed to be somewhere important. Wally got me a loaner vehicle. He made this unexpected incident stress-free. I’m pleased with his exceptional service and my new tires.
