I brought my car in for one of my regular check-ups. They said it would take several hours, and I was fine with that. They actually got my car done in about 45 minutes. Wow! All the things that needed to be done from the checklist was completed. Very super efficient!!

Overall good experience! Great service from the customer rep who greeted me and I love the work areas that I can use while waiting. The car wash however left scratches on my hood that weren’t there before (maybe from rocks or gravel in the chamois cloth). Wondering if these can be buffed out or something?

The service mechanics did the requested work and checked the vehicle for other potential problems. They found and repaired a problem with the wheel alignment and replaced the ball joints. And the diagnostic tests indicated a potential future problem with the front axles with a recommendation to be alert for clicking sounds during turns in the future, at which point they will replace the axles.Please pass along my thanks to the mechanical crew; we are dependent upon their knowledge and attention to keep our cars running smoothly. Although we almost never see them, they are a blessed group who are anointed with oil (little pun). Seriously, appreciate all they do. And a shout out to Tim Dreger, who monitors the repair process and keeps me apprised of the details to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Also thanks to Mathias Horchreder, who took the time to explain the nature of the axle issue, including drawing diagrams to illustrate.
