He knows my previous car so it was helpful to understand the key differences between my old audi and the new crosstrek. He made it an easy decision to go with the crosstrek. Great customer service as well!!

We wanted to keep costs down and he provided a kind and effective response, guiding us through the process.We really like the 2026 Forester we bought, and we like the features we selected.We would recommend him and probably will. Always a good experience.

There was quite a delay and I had to wait about two hours despite having an appointment for a standard oil change and checking the tire pressure light. The recommended maintenance seemed very expensive/overpriced. They were running an oil change special but quoted me the full price until I asked about the special and then they seemed surprised and discounted it, which I guess is a common practice but felt a little lame on top of everything else. Just honor what you have posted on your website from the start. I would check out other places before returning to be honest.
