The AC wasn't working right on my Ascent and it was going to take a couple of days to fix. I live out of the area, so they provided me a loaner vehicle and allowed me to use it until I could get back the following weekend to get my car. They were prompt in responding to my questions and I loved the text notifications!

I always feel well taken care of when I come to Mike Shaw Subaru. The only thing I think is funny is that every time I have brought my car in for service, the week following I get a discount to bring my car in for service. That discount is not eligible when I need my next service. It would be nice to get the discount prior to coming in so I could actually use it. It's a bit like rubbing salt on an open sore...
