My visit was so pleasant last Monday. I arrived a little early for my appointment, but was taken right in and gone over the procedure with Wally Pettengil. He ushered me into the waiting room, which was very comfortable. He had told me the procedure would probably take two hours, but he was in to get me in about an hour and a half. I appreciate the excellent care I have always received at this Subaru Dealer. Thank you

My Technician was Ben and he provided exceptional service along with a great attitude. I ended up only needing a battery but once I got my car started I only had one shot to get it in so I arrived at 7:30 am for a 3:30 pm appointment asking Ben if I could just drop it off. But he went above and beyond and was able to get the work completed in 30 minutes by fitting me in between appointments he had. I was finished and off to Work record time. I really appreciate the great service and will request Ben in the future.
