This really was a great experience, Alex Camor made us feel comfortable with our first ever big vehicle purchase. He did everything he could with a less than ideal situation on our end and made us very happy customers. If need a new vehicle I won't hesitate to work with Alex at Mike Shaw again.

My experience with Ben, who helped me was fine. Easy and to the point which is what I want when I take my car in. I will say when I was waiting in line to get helped, a man slapped my car and told everyone around me “this girls needs to give her car a bath!” I know it’s not the employee’s fault, but that was incredibly frustrating to have someone say that, and not to me. Is there some way to hold customers accountable to not touch someone else’s car?
