I have been servicing my Subaru's at Mike Shaw for 10 years. Their repair and rebuild work is solid. This time they went through a used Subaru I just bought and repaired all that needed attention. I trust them that they did a good job. They are a well organized, well run repair shop.

Anthony and Frank were wonderful and really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They were very friendly and I never felt pressured. I really love my new Subaru.

My Subaru had only 78K miles when the transmission went out. I expect so very much more from Subaru but the service department didn’t contact Subaru to see if they would help cover the cost. It doesn’t really matter anymore because my husband traded it in on a Volkswagen. That was my fifth Legacy and figured I would never drive anything else. I would have preferred a new Legacy but I was asleep when it was traded and unaware. Now we’re under contract with an Arteon for years. The Subaru has the very best all wheel drive system and I really miss it already.
