Brought our 2017 Subaru in for two recalls but ended up needing unplanned work done also. The service representatives that helped us were professional and extremely nice. They ended up having to replace another unexpected part due to the work they performed on our car but they did it for free which was not expected but very good customer service! Great experience all around.

Jesse is a great service advisor- she explained the offer of $165 for 3 service visits and what it means as far as cost per service with this program . She also scheduled a car wash, which is something I experienced at my dealership in Dallas . The waiting area was comfortable and my device took a Little more than an hour. The service bay was clean and well Organized. I highly recommend this dealership and did to the rest of my family ( we have 4 Subaru’s :)

Austin did amazing! He helped us a couple months ago with getting me set up to test drive a forester. And we went back to him to order myself a forester. He helped us greatly with discussing everything in detail and the whole process to ordering and buying the car. He also sent me updates when my car was going to be coming in. I felt very comfortable and very satisfied with all the service I had from coming to the dealership many months ago till I walked out with my new car.
