My experience was awesome! They needed my car for four days but gave me a free car for that time period. I was kept informed every step of the way. I was even sent pictures of what needed to be replaced. When the work was done. I was sent pictures of the new repair. They even washed my car before returning it to me!! Thanks Subaru. I love my car.

Easy, friendly, and fast

Took my Subaru here for my oil change and the service was amazing! They were extremely quick to help me, offered me a free carwash, and a free lyft to and from anywhere I wanted to go while I waited for my car! They stayed in touch with me and were very responsive. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

My experience at Mike Shaw Subaru was great. Alex is very knowledgeable in his job! When I asked questions he knew the answers. I went in for an oil change and was in and out in no time.

Great Service however have a light on the dash I forgot to mention to the service writer. I thought maybe the tech would have caught it. Car runs great so can’t be to important.
