Rob was great. As for the finances, please be more upfront about the roughly $700 charge the dealership applies. In addition, let customers know that they will have to pay taxes that same day. The total of those two costs can be more than someone can afford if they are not expecting to need to cover those costs that same day. I had a paper trail stating that I will bring a cashiers check for the MSRP of the vehicle, it was agreed upon, then I suddenly owed another $3,500 that I was not expecting to pay right then and there. Fortunately, I had the money. Others may not, especially when they're blindsided with it.

Was taken care of and the staff remained flexible as I needed a critical repair done on my car.

Efficient, connected services with little wait time for an unscheduled oil change. Multipoint inspection revealed HEPA filter needed change. Compt a tire rotation and exterior carwash. No salespeople pressure.
