Tim always looks after my wife and I when we bring our cars in for servicing. Everyone else is helpful and friendly too.

My usual representative was off when I came in for a service. Wally took excellent care of me and my car's problem. My sunroof was cracked, it turned out it was a manufacturers defect. Wally made sure all of the paperwork and service was done in a timely manner.

Tim is the best service advisor I have had yet in my years of car ownership. I appreciate his down to earth personality, vehicle knowledge, and candor. While Tim gained my trust, I’ve found all of the service staff and parts folks provide great service and care for my investment.

I had a great experience when purchasing my new crosstrek!! Trading in my impreza was easy and Sam did a great job. He had everything ready to go when my car arrived and had me out the door very quickly! He even called and texted to see if I had any questions after I left the lot.
